A woman and her younger brother filed a lawsuit earlier this month against Tiffany Haddish and Ares Spears, accusing the comedian duo of coercing them to film sexually oriented videos when they were minors, dropping the civil lawsuit Tuesday and saying the family “put this behind us.”

Jane Doe, who was representing herself in the federal civil case, filed a notice of dismissal on Tuesday with bias — meaning the lawsuit cannot be re-filed. TMZ reported that the filing included a statement from the plaintiff, which read:
