Stained Glass Sweet Treat

What you need:

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups rainbow-colored miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter

Place chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl then melt in the microwave. Add eggs, marshmallows and pecans to the bowl. Stir to combine ingredients well. Pour mixture in a 9×5-inch pan lined with foil. Dust with confectioner’s sugar. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Slice into 1/4-inch slices before serving.
