  • Cody Brown said Kristen’s decision to leave him was “unfair” and made him feel “unmanly”.

  • The duo discussed the next steps in their breakup on Sunday’s episode of “Sister Wives.”

  • Kristen said she was nervous to tell Cody’s other wives that she was no longer their sister’s wife.

On Sunday’s episode of TLC’s “Sister Wives,” Cody Brown called his then-wife Kristen, who had decided to leave him, an “unfair.” He also said he felt that made him seem “unmanly,” so he wasn’t looking forward to telling his three other wives, Mary, Janelle and Robin, about the breakup.

“It feels like this huge injustice is happening to me and it makes me angry,” Cody told the cameras in a one-on-one interview about the episode. He apologized to Kristen for being “angry” when she initially made it clear she was leaving in their first discussion, and it was filmed about a month ago and featured in the “Sister Wives” season premiere.

“I want to be in a place where I can rejoice in your happiness and freedom,” Cody told Kristen during the second conversation, during which they discussed the logistical aspects of their split after more than 25 years of spiritual marriage.

Kody and Christine publicly announced their split from fans in November, and it’s now showing on season 17 of the long-running reality series, which filmed last year.

Kristen told the cameras she was grateful that Cody “tried to support her” and said his statement about trying to be happy for her was “the sweetest thing he’s said to me in years.”

Cody admitted that he was suffering so badly from the fact that one of his marriages was about to end that she was “twisting” his toes.

“I need some grief advice or something,” he added. “I can’t leave.”

Later, Cody admitted to the cameras that part of the reason he had such a difficult time with Kristen’s decision to leave was that she was about to break the family he worked so hard to build. He also said that he was afraid to announce his separation from Kristen to his other wives because of the impact on their perception of him.

“I feel so unmanly, so I’m not going to sit down and go, ‘Hey, someone is leaving me,'” Cody said in an interview. “I don’t want my other wives to see you weak. So, I don’t want to talk about that to them.”

He seemed to feel so strong that he asked Kristen if she wanted to have a conversation with her sister-in-laws “without him”.

Kristen told Cody she didn’t want to “burn bridges” with Mary, Janelle, or Robin. She finally told him, “I really need you the first time.” She said she wanted her sister-in-laws to know that although she had decided to leave, she had spoken to Cody before anything was announced.

A mother of six tells the cameras in an interview that she knows that three women who have raised children by their side for many years will feel a complex mixture of feelings.

“Are you still a sister-in-law?” “The answer is no,” she asked the cameras.
